Exit out of the record and go back in again.

If you manually marked a student as ‘enrolled” it’s possible the lottery sent the record back to another category based on the information it has available.  If you have to “keep marking the record as enrolled” for example and the lottery “keeps changing it to declined” then check to make sure the status in Aspire is correct, make sure the lottery recognized the correct Aspire ID number, etc.
