Student Not Matching

Students are given a new SIS if they withdraw and re-enroll in SIS (Aspire). myLottery will not be able to match students with an old SIS #. 

Match a student to a new SIS number:

1. View the student record in myLottery

2. Click the Disconnect SIS Student button

3. Search the student's name  in the Applications tab.

4. View the student record and click the Find Match button.

5. Match the student with their new SIS Id #.
