Re-send an offer email

There are 2 ways to do this:

Method 1 - re-send the email through the Log

  1. Navigate to Applications tab
  2. Search student
  3. View student record
  4. Log
  5. Locate the email titled: Selected in Lottery
  6. Click Resend Email

Method 2 - change a student's status to "Offered-Pending"

  1. Navigate to Applications tab
  2. Search student
  3. View student record
  4. Change Status 
  5. If the record is already set to Offered-Pending, select another option such as Offered-Declined then, without saving, update the status to say Offered-Pending
  6. Save and select the checkbox to send an email out
