Notifications by Grade Level

There are two levels of time settings and school contacts for absence notifications– the school-level and the grade-level. For example: If you add a time to a grade-level, that time will be used for that particular grade, instead of the time used for the entire school.

To change contact and time settings by grade, navigate to the Settings tab

Click edit Notifications - Grade level

Add in the email address contact for each grade for attendance and/or lottery. 

Set a time of day you want notifications to send to families. 

The grades left blank will send based on campus level settings.
