Invite enrolled families to join carpool

You can invite all enrolled families at once by uploading them with a spreadsheet.

Step 1 - Navigate to Import

Login, then navigate to Apps > myCarpool > Invited > Import 

Step 2 - Download Sample Spreadsheet

The Download Sample File will show you what the sample CSV file needs to look like and allow you to fill in your contact list:

Step 3 - Upload Contacts to Send Invite

Upload your completed CSV file. Invites are immediately sent to all contacts uploaded from the file. 

Each parent will get a school-branded email inviting them to join carpool, with a link to join.
