Delivery Status - messages

You can now view "delivery" success results for any email you send. On the Sent Messages tab, you can see all the email addresses your message was sent to.

To see this information:

1. Navigate to the Sent Messages tab

2. Click the View Message button next to the relevant email

3. Click the Download Recipients button


4.  Open the CSV that you downloaded, and view the delivery status column



Recipients Status Definitions

The delivery status for each recipient is shown, as follows:

Spam ComplaintEmail marked as spam
ClickedLink clicked in email
OpenedEmail opened
DeliveredEmail successfully delivered
BounceEmail permanently rejected
DelayEmail temporarily rejected
Out Of BandEmail initially accepted but then rejected
Policy RejectionEmail rejected due to policy
InjectionEmail successfully generated or relayed

How to investigate if a person received a message:


Step 1 – check recent sends on their contact record

  • Navigate to the Contacts tab
  • Search the parent name in the Search bar
  • View the parent record
  • Information is located under Recent Message Sends



Step 2 – make sure they are subscribed to receive that type of message

Verify their communication subscriptions by clicking the Subscriptions button on their contact record


Confirm their preferences on the next screen:



Step 3 – check the recipients list of the message you sent 

  • Are they listed? If so, what is their delivery status? 
  • Is their email correct? 
  • Is their mobile phone number correct?
