myLottery Support / Create new enrollment period
Utah Law requires the Open Enrollment announcement to be posted 60 days (estimate ~2 months) in advance of the first day of the open enrollment period.
Follow these easy steps:
Login then navigate to Admin / MyLottery / Settings / Enrollment Periods
Under Enrollment Periods, copy the current enrollment year (the icon or Copy button) and click Yes.
Edit the copied item and change the following information: (You can also edit by clicking the icon or Edit button).
The dates you enter above will auto-populate into the 2 message boxes. Please do not change the information between the {{ }}.
NOTE - These messages appear below the countdown on your Enroll Now page. They also show on the Student Application.
Click Save & Back.
IMPORTANT - Check the "Enroll Now" page on your website to ensure the countdown has started and that you are satisfied with the message below the countdown.
If it is more than 60 days from the start date of the new enrollment period, the countdown will not have started yet, and the message below the countdown will not show yet. It will show automatically once you are within 60 days of the start date.
