Create a form

Step 1 - Drag in the form block to your website

In Edit mode, select the tab Add Block, then navigate to the Forms + Maps dropdown. Drag in the form you want to add to your website page.


Step 2 - Add form questions

Click the Edit button to open form. Click the list of options to the right to enter different fields into your form. 


Step 3 - Edit your fields

Click the pencil icon to Edit each field on the form. 

Add in a title into the Label box. 

Conditional: check the box: Required if the question is required.

Close each field after editing


Step 4 - Add a button to the bottom of your form

Add a button field to your form by clicking the Button tab.

Edit the button field and add in the word "Submit" into the Label box. 

Choose button color in the Class dropdown. 

Close


Step 5 - Save your form

Step 6 - Specify what happens to the form after it is sent

Click the button at the bottom of the form: 

Fill in the boxes as shown on the image:



Step 7 - Save & Back, Send a test.

Now your form is ready. Fill out a test form to ensure the form is working. 

Step 8 - Access the data from your forms in the Back Office
