Change parent contact information

NOTE -  Parents can change their own email + phone number but not birthdate on the application when they login to the parent portal.

Update the parent email address in 2 places:

Update on the student application

1. Applications
2. Search name
3. Proxy (as the parent) 
4. Select Lottery tab > 
5. Open student application > 
6. Update email  
7. scroll down and Update Application

Update on the parent account settings

1. Navigate to Parents
2. Search parent name 
3. Proxy (as the parent)
4. Find My Account settings under the parent name dropdown
5. Change email
6. Save
