A parent is asking: Have you received my application?

Upon submission, parents receive a green popup message in the top right corner telling them their application has been received.  Second, they can see the status of the application on their dashboard.  Third, they will receive an email and/or text message depending on your settings confirming receipt of their application.  This email could be in their Junk Mail folder. 

Even with all these measures in place, parents may still call and ask for confirmation to reassure them their application has been received. 

There’s 3 ways to look into this: 

  1. Click on Lottery / Parents / Search / View the application.
  2. Click on Lottery / Parents / Search / then Proxy as if you were the parent to see what their dashboard looks like. 
  3. Check Admissions / “Admissions Pool/Waiting List”
