myLottery synchronizes with your SIS (e.g. Aspire) at the top of the hour – plus 10 minutes to process. For example: If you changed a record at noon, check back at 1:10pm.
If the change doesn't sync by that time, then begin the troubleshooting process:
See if you can find the student manually using the Search box in the Applications tab.
If you find their name listed, then see if there is data not matching indicated with red font. Correct the inaccurate information either in your lottery or SIS and wait for it to sync automatically again.
If you can't find the student on the lottery side, then check your SIS report (generally the student demographic export) to see if it's showing up on there. If they're showing up in SIS reports but still not showing up on lottery with matching information, then contact katie@frogtummy.com. We can check the sync connection to make sure it's working.
