myAttendance pulls and pushs data from SIS every 30 minutes, meaning we pull attendance statuses from the SIS, update myInbox, then push attendance statuses made in myInbox to the SIS.
When myAttendance pushes attendance statuses to the SIS, if the attendance status in SIS has changed from its most recent "pull state", we will not update the SIS. This is because someone has gone to the SIS to intentionally make an update, outside of myInbox, and we treat information in the SIS is "king."
