Run Lotteries, view the lottery pool waitlist, and lottery history.
Please review your Priority Groups settings before running a lottery.
NOTE: The lottery system does not pick-up new siblings together in the same run. For example: if you have a brand new family with multiple applicants, the lottery will randomize who gets in. If one member of the family is selected in the first lottery run, the remaining siblings will be given sibling priority within 60 seconds after the first run. Schools would need to run an additional lottery to give the remaining family members a chance with their new sibling priority status. To account for this ahead of time, schools may begin with a lower number in the "School Capacity" boxes to ensure there is wiggle room for additional siblings in the future.
1. Verify the School year and Campus for the lottery run in the drop down menus at the top of the screen.
2. School Capacity: Add in your total school capacity numbers for each grade in the first pink box column.
3. #of Seats to Offer: Click the arrow icon or Update All button for the system to do the math for you. Or add in how many seats you want to offer per grade manually in the 2nd pink box column.

5. Click Run Preview Lottery button - this does not run the lottery YET, it will take you to a preview screen first.
6. Review the preview screen (it shows you exactly what will happen and who will receive offers) and when ready, click the button Finalize Lottery & Send Offer to execute lottery offers.
